Figs with prosciutto, nasturtium, ringlet mustard and young onion ash honey

We paired the figs from mothers garden with the wonderful prosciutto from Biohof Thomabauer

As a sour contrast program we supplemented with our homemade ringlot mustard and with the young onion ash honey we balance the same again and also bring roasted flavors into play.

In between, spicy-herbal aromas from the nasturtium flit and flirt with the freshly ground mustard…

So that the gluten level is not neglected, there is also Paolos legendary Foccacia
